There is no risk or financial outlay involved in dealing with Anglia Research. You will never be charged directly for research done on your behalf and you will never be asked to pay additional research fees or charges. Also, we will never ask you for your bank account information or for any other financial information whatsoever.
We generally agree a contingency fee with you for our work. This is usually calculated as a percentage of your individual share of an estate. This fee is always paid out of the estate by the administering Solicitor at the end of the administration process, and not from your pocket. Anglia Research receives no fee until you receive your inheritance. This means that we will underwrite the entire cost of researching the case with no risk or financial outlay on your behalf under any circumstances. This is our guarantee to you.
The percentage value of the agreement agreed with you will vary dependant on the complexity, value and your fractional share of the estate.
