Dear Eileen, I appreciate the time, work and research involved in this estate and the expertise of yourself and Anglia Research in bringing it to closure. My thanks to you for your help in explaining the progress and research involved both by letter and telephone. When I have telephoned with an enquiry I have appreciated your prompt answers and friendly attention to my questions. Please pass on my thanks to all involved at Anglia Research.

I have been extremely impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of Anglia Research, and especially Eileen Butcher, and would happily recommend both to anyone who, like me, had correspondence from several different genealogical research companies, and didn't know which one to instruct. From experience I would say "go with Anglia!".

First of all I have to say a big “Thank You” for your work and efforts with regard to the estate of my distant relative.... A cheque arrived yesterday for over £31,000 – to say I was astonished is a vast understatement. Life is indeed full of surprises – usually bad in my experience but sometimes quite the opposite.
Eileen Butcher is an outstanding employee! She is friendly, personable, and cares about helping you. Anglia Research and Eileen did a remarkable job of locating me in the U.S. after the death of a relative. Eileen explained the lengthy Probate process and I feel like I have a competent guide through it. A plus was finding out about my roots!

We are so grateful to Eileen for contacting us as my father had been missing for over 30 years. We never thought we would find out what had happened to him, as we believed he was under a police protection service. I can only say that without Eileen contacting us I don't suppose we would have ever known what had happened to our father, for this we will always be thankful. Eileen really was amazing, both professional, compassionate and considerate.
