A: This is dependent on a number of different factors across the sector, involving many third parties. Whilst every case is different, we are currently advising our clients that the process may take 9 to 12 months, but we are not able to guarantee anything. Delays in probate have shown signs of improvement over the last 6 months but there is no set timeframe for how long things might take.
