Probate genealogy is an unregulated industry, but at Anglia Research accountability is paramount and that’s why we employ qualified, accredited genealogists which provides confidence for our clients.

These members of staff are all governed by the strict rules of their accrediting or regulating body.

There are three associations that provide genealogical accreditation in the UK and Ireland. We have seven full members of AGRA, ASGRA and AGI on our team.

Our case managers are currently working towards transferring to CILEX PPR. A CILEX Paralegal listed on the register will hold a prescribed qualification or equivalent.
